Elx Studio collects information submitted through project forms, including name, contact details, service category, project instructions, deadlines and file links. This information is used to review requests, prepare quotes, communicate with clients and deliver services.
Data handling
Client information should only be accessed by authorized Elx Holdings staff or approved project contributors. Client files and instructions should not be shared publicly.
Meta platform data
When an authorized Elx administrator connects Facebook, Instagram, Lead Ads, Marketing API or WhatsApp, Elx Studio processes the account identifiers, access permissions, campaign insights, lead information and webhook events needed to provide those functions. Access credentials are encrypted and are not exposed to clients or browser code.
Deletion and disconnection
A Meta user may disconnect the integration or use Meta’s data-deletion request flow. Elx Studio then revokes stored credentials and removes connected-account data unless limited operational records must be retained for security, legal or accounting purposes.
