Before work begins
Payments may be refundable before production begins, less any clearly disclosed non-refundable processing costs where applicable.
Work already completed
When work has started, any refund review considers completed work, reserved production time and costs already incurred. A full refund is not guaranteed after production begins.
Quality concerns
Clients should first use the agreed revision process. If Elx Studio cannot deliver the approved scope after a reasonable correction opportunity, the team will review an appropriate partial or full remedy.
How to request review
Contact the official support channel with the order reference, reason and supporting information. Approved refunds are returned through an available agreed method and may take additional processing time.
